Participants explore the latest scholarship on teaching and learning. A convenience-learning environment allows faculty to independently discover these ideas and concepts in six learning modules. One Saturday morning a month, Master Faculty participants meet at the College to share their discoveries and discuss topics of interest. An additional benefit will be increased contract rates, a program completion stipend, and recognition of your accomplishment at the College and in the community. Beginning each fall, a cohort of Kilian Community College faculty will begin their journey of self discovery on what makes for "excellence in teaching and learning". As a member of the Kilian Community College faculty you may be eligible to participate in this program. We encourage you to meet with your Division Chair and decide if the Master Faculty Program is right for you.
