Educational Costs
Tuition for students attending Kilian Community College is reviewed annually by the Board of Trustees. In addition, there is a per semester institutional support fee.
A $25 one-time, non-refundable application payment at the time of registration will guarantee a student‘s place in a program or classes until the remaining tuition and fees are paid. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted by the College.
In addition to tuition and fees, students can expect to pay for textbooks. Textbooks may be purchased in the Kilian Community College Bookstore.
TUITION PAYMENT POLICY
It is the policy of Kilian Community College that all students:
- Pay tuition and fees before the end of the first week of class, or
Provide verification of financial assistance (financial aid, vocational rehabilitation, veteran‘s benefits, etc.), or
Establish a payment plan with the Business Office.
Students failing to meet the above requirement by the end of the first week of class will be administratively withdrawn from their class schedule.
When the payment is not received by the time agreed upon by Kilian Community College and the student, the account is considered delinquent. At the discretion of the Business Office, any student who is not demonstrating a ―good faith effort‖ to pay his/her account will be turned over to a collection agency.
Students who owe on account will not be allowed to register for future semesters. In addition, students who owe on account will not be issued an official transcript of their academic work completed at Kilian Community College.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to change the tuition and fee schedule at any time without prior notification to either applicants or students.
