Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Complete the FERPA Release Form to allow parents or other designated individuals the ability to discuss your financial aid and student billing information. This is a form that must be completed annually by the student. Mail the completed form to the KCC Financial Aid Office.

Federal Deferment Form

If you have a Federal Student Loan from a previous school and are returning to college you will want to postpone your monthly payments by completing the Department of Education deferment form. The student section needs to be completed by the student and signed. When this form is received by the Registrar at KCC we will complete the school section and mail or fax to the lender.
