Welcome to the Foundation Department of Kilian Community College!  KCC is a private, non-profit institute which makes it unique in the fact that we do not receive any local or state tax dollars as part of our funding.  All of our revenue is generated through student tuition, grants and donations.  Our Bridges program is a proud partner of the Sioux Empire United Way.
