Students may graduate with a Certificate, an Associate of Applied Science, an Associate of Science, or an Associate of Arts degree upon satisfactory completion of the general and core requirements as outlined in this catalog. All students who intend to graduate from Kilian Community College must file an Intent to Graduate form with the Registrar prior to the final semester of course work. Kilian Community College conducts its annual ceremony at the end of each Spring Semester. Students completing the general and core requirements of a program during the Summer Session immediately following the Spring Semester are also permitted and encouraged to participate in the annual graduation ceremony. Summer Session graduates must also file an Intent to Graduate form. A diploma will not be issued, and graduation will not be noted on the transcript until:
Course work for the declared program is completed satisfactorily, with a GPA of 2.0 or above,
Exit assessments are completed, and
All obligations to the Business Office are fulfilled.
