Kilian Community College requires a written request from the student to release a transcript to a third party. A $5 fee is charged for each transcript request. Faxed transcript requests are generally accepted once the fee has been paid and signature is authenticated. No information is released for 10 years on a deceased student unless authorized by the executor/executrix of the deceased student‘s estate.

Transcript requests for a third party will not be honored if the student has a financial obligation to Kilian Community College. Financial records of current and former students with outstanding accounts will not be released.

College Transcript Request Form

Students must submit all official academic transcripts from prior colleges/universities for which they are transferring credits.  Remember to find out if the College/University from which you are requesting transcripts requires payment or postage before mailing your request.
